- Is the Free plan really free?
- Yes. No credit card, no trial clock. Unlimited events and signups, QR codes, email reminders, and 2 AI event builds a month.
- How do I upgrade or cancel?
- Upgrade from Settings → Plan & Billing, monthly or yearly. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the same page; payments are handled by Stripe.
- How does nonprofit pricing work?
- Apply from Settings → Plan & Billing with your organization’s details. Once your 501(c)(3) status is verified, you can subscribe to the Nonprofit plan: the full Pro plan for $10/month or $100/year.
- Do volunteers ever pay or need an account?
- Never. Volunteers sign up with a name and email on every plan.
