About SignupSavant

SignupSavant started with a familiar frustration: organizing volunteers with the existing tools meant clunky interfaces, forced account creation, and volunteers giving up halfway through a signup form. The people who run food pantries, school events, and community cleanups deserve software that respects their time — and their volunteers' inboxes.

What we believe

• Volunteers should never need an account. A name and an email is enough to raise a hand.
• Privacy is a feature. No ads, no advertising trackers, no selling data — and no analytics at all on the pages volunteers use. Volunteer emails are used for event mail and nothing else.
• Setup should take minutes. Describe your event in a sentence and the AI builder does the rest, or use the manual form — either way you are sharing a link before your coffee is cold.
• Nonprofits pay about half. Verified 501(c)(3) organizations get our top tier for $10 a month.

Where we are

SignupSavant is a small, independent operation with no outside investors and no dark patterns. It is built to pay for itself through the paid plans on the pricing page, which is why the free tier can stay genuinely free.
